All banners, regardless of placement, are
listed as pixels with the first number being the width and the second
number the height Banner ads now in THREE sizes. Animations added to banners or advertisement will be an additional $50 per ad
Standard size (Small) banner ad containing all info on show,
ad hypes, and image(s): $55.00 one time charge - each banner - through duration of
show.
Super the size (Large) banner ad containing all info on show,
ad hypes, and image(s): $110.00 one time charge - each banner - through
duration of show.
NEW "Banner Extraordinaire"
(formerly called "Square, Off-set" (image 500 pixels X 320
pixels, total length including all show information equals 1,000 pixles) containing all
info on show, ad hypes, and images: $150.00 one-time charge - each ad - through duration of the show. Free listing info will be displayed to the right of the ad
and in the larger font of 18 point. (Animation $50 extra).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Are our additional services worth the cost? Only you can decide that. However many of the major promoters are using our additional services to advertise their shows. Call one of them and ask them why they spend the money they advertising on GunShows-USA.com. Animation: $50 per banner ad regardless of banner size
Highlighted Listing (Always 500 pixels in length but, depending on amount of generic info, the highlighted listing will range between 50 and 90 pixels in height) Room only for very generic show information - cost: $15.00 each per show listing. These listings include a link to either your email address or website - free of charge - if you choose to have it linked
The HIGHLIGHTED LISTINGS are the Free Listing (Generic) Info. The only difference is that, for a small fee, they are in a bigger font and highlighted. We do not ad free listing info above it as we do for banner ads, which is a complimentary service for those purchasing banners.
BUSINESS
ADVERTISEMENT POLICY Advertisement spaces are available when spaces have signs stating their availability. These spaces come with no limitations on how many ads are placed per month, animations are also included in price. Show listings are not allowed in business advertisement spaces as these spaces are reserved for businesses such as online stores. Spaces are limited and located in three areas: Five in the Top row, five directly under the top row, and five on the
right-hand column.

Spaces at the top cost $200 per month and
are 350 pixels Wide by 250 pixels High.

Spaces directly below the top row are $75
per month and are 350 pixels Wide by 90 pixels High.
·
Spaces on the Right-hand column cost $75
per month and are 250 pixels Wide by 350 pixels High (these spaces fall
below the fold).

Smaller sizes for Right-hand column can be arranged: 250 pixels Wide by
250 pixels High cost $50 per month; and 250 pixels Wide by 150 pixels
High cost $25 per month; due to possible smaller ads, there may possibly
be more for more advertisements. We offer monthly, semi-annual, and annual agreements. Annual agreements are the best deal, 12 months for the price of 10
months. Payments are preferred by Credit or Debit card for faster service and
uploading of advertisements.

Pay Pal We also offer payment invoicing via Pay Pal, this means if we email
you an invoice from pay pal you have the option to make the payment via
that invoice rather than calling us. All monthly agreements, this is a non-contractual agreement and
payments must be made in full by the first Friday 4:00 pm of every
month, if the first Friday falls on the 1st of the month,
amnesty will be given until the following Friday. If after 2 weeks
the payment has not been made, the advertisement will be removed and the
space will then be made available for the next client in line for ad
space. All Semi-annual and Annual agreements will require a digital signature; a copy of the agreement will be emailed for signature and must be returned, via Email or postal mail, prior to payment and uploading of any advertisement (for faster service it is recommended to send the document via Email). All Semi-annual and Annual agreements can be paid in full at the beginning of the contract or set-up with payment plans. As with the monthly agreements, if payments are missed by two weeks, the ad is subject to be removed – unlike the monthly agreement, the space will remain unavailable for one month (30 days after due date), if by the end of that month the payment has not been made, then a breach of contract has occurred, the contract made null & void, and the space will then be made available for other customers. All those owing back payments will not be allowed to list their ads
until all monies past due plus one month in-advance payment is made in
full. Ad space availability
is not guaranteed for those in breach of contract.

All banners are linked to one URL of your choice (free of charge).
COSTS: The area directly under the Title is 900 pixels Wide by 90 pixels High, the area directly above the show listings is 900 pixels Wide by 180 pixels High.

must be paid for in advance unless prior arrangements have been made.
For publication of banners created by any promoters: Additional customized adds and combinations are on a per quote basis.

REFUNDS AND CREDIT POLICY: If you move your show to a new venue in the same town, or change the date of the show at the same venue we do not charge for the new banners. If you move your show to a different town or city, it will be treated as a new show and costs will be applied accordingly. We do not refund for cancelled shows or give credit for cancellations against other show banners.
